Void Sector Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Wnntyl ("we", "us", "our") for your use of the Void Sector web game, website pages, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
2. Accounts and Access
- Account access is provided through Google OAuth sign-in.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account credentials.
- We may restrict access to protect users, game integrity, or platform security.
3. Service License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
4. User Content, Conduct, and Safety
The Service includes player-to-player messages, reports, feedback submissions, and other user-generated content. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others.
- Post unlawful, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content.
- Attempt to disrupt systems, exploit bugs, or gain unfair gameplay advantage.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
You are responsible for content you submit. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and moderate the Service.
5. Moderation and Enforcement
To protect players and the Service, we may monitor and moderate user-generated content and account activity. We may take enforcement actions, including warning, content removal, temporary or permanent message restrictions, temporary or permanent account bans, and account termination.
The Service includes player reporting tools and administrative moderation systems (including mute/ban controls and system broadcasts). Enforcement actions may be taken with or without prior notice when reasonably necessary.
6. Monetization and Virtual Items
As of March 28, 2026, Void Sector is offered without paid purchases, paid subscriptions, or paid virtual currency. If monetization features are introduced in the future, we may update these Terms and publish additional purchase and billing rules.
7. Availability, Changes, and Suspension
- The Service is provided on an evolving basis and may change over time.
- We may add, remove, rebalance, or modify game features, systems, or content.
- We may suspend or discontinue part or all of the Service at any time.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wnntyl and its operators, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or gameplay progress, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, legal requirements, or operational reasons.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this location with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.

Our processing of personal data is described in the Void Sector Privacy Policy.
